The Lindbergh estate retains copyright to unpublished works by Morrow/Lindbergh family members. Copyright to materials authored by others may be owned by those individuals or their heirs or assigns. It is the responsibility of the researcher to identify and satisfy the holders of all copyrights. Anne Morrow Lindbergh's Papers were originally part of the much larger and unprocessed Morrow Family Papers housed in the Sophia Smith Collection, which were first donated to the college in 1955. In her will, Anne stipulated that her papers be restricted until ten years after her death. Processing Information
