This series includes general historical information about the Women's Music Archives, newspaper clippings about the women's music movement, and a 2009 oral history interview with Lucia B. "Kim" Kimber.

This series contains biographical and publicity files including newspaper and magazine articles, photographs, fliers, concert programs, and press releases, for individual women, groups, choruses, and choirs, circa 1981-96. In addition to detailed general files and program brochures of the National Women's Music Festival (NWMF) and North East Women's Music Retreat (NEWMR), this section includes newspaper clippings, fliers, brochures, and concert packets from numerous women's music festivals, circa 1976-2001. The bulk of the materials consist of records of NEWMR. See SERIES V. AUDIOVISUAL MATERIALS for recordings of festival performances.

This series is comprised of correspondence, fliers, brochures, and catalogs of business organizations and production companies, as well as other non-profit groups focused on women's music, circa 1974-2005. The files are arranged alphabetically. Audition tapes submitted to Olivia Records are in SERIES V. AUDIOVISUAL MATERIALS.
