Historical Note
The Press Bureau was established in 1937 to 1949. From 1949 to 1967, the office was called the News Bureau. In 1967, it was renamed to the Office of Press Relations. It was renamed again in 1969 as Press Relations. From 1969 to 1980 it was titled Public Information. In 1980, it was renamed as the Office of Public Relations and in 1993 it was renamed as The Office of Communications. |
