Also included are the minutes of meetings of the Human Resources Advisory Council, beginning in 1990. There is also health care information including forms, memos, information on particular health care and insurance companies, and manuals. There are pension/retirement plan manuals dated from 1943 and staff handbooks and manuals dated from 1963.
