Scope and Contents of the Collection
The Anna Cheney Edwards Papers consist chiefly of travel memorabilia, including journals, guidebooks, postcards, clippings, and photographs, that relate to Edwards' trips, 1881- 1912, in the United States, Canada, Europe, and the Middle East. Also includes correspondence, mainly letters dated 1892-1925, to Sarah L. Stow, which describe her life in South Hadley, college activities, her travels, and information on fellow Mount Holyoke alumnae; her writings and research materials; and biographical material. |
