Primarily documenting the education and work of three generations, including Elizabeth, 1824-1910, Jane Gilbert (Jennie G.) Jerome, 1861-1887, Elizabeth Maude Jerome, 1864-1939, and with a particular emphasis on Gilbert Nelson Jerome, 1889-1918 who died in combat during World War I.
