Scope and Contents of the Collection

Correspondence, minutes, printed matter, and other administrative records related to alumni relations at Amherst College, 1922-1992. Documented activities include fundraising, travel programs, reunions, alumni weekend, alumni college, parent programs, Society of Alumni, Alumni Council, and Alumni Association. The collection also includes files on individual classes and records of class agents. An addendum received in 1994 includes additional records documenting the same activities chiefly for the years 1980-1988.
