Handwritten and typewritten drafts of manuscripts, reprints, bound volumes, printers' proofs, publishers' prospecti, correspondence, research notes, photographs, drawings, plans, and reports relating to Williams' teaching and research in physics, as well as a small amount of personal papers documenting his private life.
